The next months for the MISP core team, it is full of interesting activities and upcoming events.
We will participate to the following events:

Monday, October 24 at the ACM 3rd Workshop on Information Sharing and Collaborative Security (WISCS 2016), we will talk about The design and implementation of a collaborative threat intelligence sharing platform.

Wednesday, November 9 at the 2nd Annual SuriCon in Washington, DC, Andras Iklody will talk about MISP and all the aspects related to NIDS (Suricata) and how to improve sharing with the sighting support in MISP. It’s also a great opportunity to get feedback from the NIDS community to extend and improve MISP in that area.

Friday, November 11 at the O’Reilly Security conference in Amsterdam, Alexandre Dulaunoy will talk about “Building and designing MISP - a practical information sharing tool for cybersecurity and fraud indicators.”. The talk will also include the fundamental elements of free software and community in the MISP project and how the security community is evolving in sharing information.

Tuesday, November 29 at Botconf 2016. We will talk about “MISP, the Threat Sharing Platform, a Developer Perspective to Extensions and Collaboration”.
and last but not least, there is the annual MISP summit that will take place in Luxembourg, Monday, October 17 (from 14:00 to 18:00) before the hack.lu conference. Don’t forget to register.
